How to take measurements?

• Length: Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the hoodie (highest point shoulder), pull the tape measure to the bottom of the hoodie
• Half chest: Lay the garment down on a flat surface and measure it from left to right across the chest, about 1 inch below the arms
• Sleeve length: Place the end of a measuring tape at the center back of the collar, then pull the tape along the top seam of the sleeve; when you get to the shoulder, hold the tape in place at the shoulder and continue to pull down the sleeve until you reach the hem of the sleeve

Measurements are provided by suppliers and garments may run smaller or larger with a difference of +/- 1 inch

Every AJ Creative Wear purchase is made to order. We certainly hope you love your item(s), but on the off chance you are experiencing any issues, we're here to help!

For a quick resolution, if you received damaged or defective item(s), please submit photos to our Customer Care team HERE before starting a return. 

• Items MUST be in unused/unworn condition and still have the original tags attached.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
• Final Sale and eGift Cards are not eligible for returns.
• Bulk item orders (20+ items) are not eligible for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
• Damaged items are eligible for a refund, any other returns can only receive a store credit.
• We do not offer exchanges.

Sales items

Discounted sale prices are offered on marked and in stock items only during the specified sale period and only on the products advertised in that particular sale. Sale prices are available whilst inventory permits only. Any items discounted are final sale and not eligible for a return or store credit; once it’s yours, it’s yours!
